Silbrade® Braid Reinforced Silicone Hose
The construction of Silbrade enables increased pressure applications, offers outstanding resistance to temperature extremes and is made from raw materials that meet FDA requirements. The flexible design and construction of Silbrade also allows excellent bend radii and permits installation in restricted spaces without impeding flow. Silbrade, contains no sulfur or other acid-producing chemicals thereby eliminating the possibility of staining, corroding, or deteriorating other materials it contacts. It is also resistant to ozone and U.V. over long time periods. Silbrade may be low pressure steam sterilized in-line or autoclaved at up to 250°F in a normal autoclaving cycle. However, if exposed to repeated steam sterilization or long-term high temperature or pressure, the silicone will eventually relax and become gummy. Silbrade is not recommended for implantable or in-body uses or for continuous steam applications.

Cut Pieces – When tubing comes in, for example, 100 foot coils, and you need it in 10’ sections, tubing can be cut. Request a quote.
Size – Tubing is stocked in common I.D. and O.D. sizes, but this product can be custom extruded in other sizes. Let’s talk about what you need. Minimum quantities apply.
Color – Have your tubing colored to match equipment, company colors, or identify line (hot or cold, indoor or outdoor, chemicals, etc..).
Custom Layline – Tailor the look of your company’s product by printing your tubing with your logo, part number, size information, date code, or other data that you specify. Printed products can reinforce and enhance your company identity, create products traceability, or identify capabilities or limitations of the item, all at a cost effective price.
All custom products are subject to minimum order quantities and lead times. For other custom options, please contact us.
