Urebrade® Braid Reinforced Polyurethane Hose
Where applications involve repeated flexing, heavy vibration, or abrasion, Urebrade polyurethane hose offers superior service life over other materials. Urebrade offers superior service life over other materials. Hydrolytic Stability — Urebrade is supplied in an ether formulation, making it resistant to attack from moisture and fungi. The resin used in Urebrade is listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF 61). Ester-based Urebrade is available through minimum order — call for details. For easy identification, transparent Urebrade is imprinted with the trademarked name.

Cut Pieces – When tubing comes in, for example, 100 foot coils, and you need it in 10’ sections, tubing can be cut. Request a quote.
Size – Tubing is stocked in common I.D. and O.D. sizes, but this product can be custom extruded in other sizes. Let’s talk about what you need. Minimum quantities apply.
Color – Have your tubing colored to match equipment, company colors, or identify line (hot or cold, indoor or outdoor, chemicals, etc..). Opaque and transparent colors may be accommodated. Minimum quantities apply.
Custom Layline – Tailor the look of your company’s product by printing your tubing with your logo, part number, size information, date code, or other data that you specify. Printed products can reinforce and enhance your company identity, create products traceability, or identify capabilities or limitations of the item, all at a cost effective price.
In-line Cutting – Tubing can be cut to a specific length at the end of the extrusion line, accomplishing two processes – your extrusion and your cutting-to-length part – saving you time and cost. It also ensures that you received a straight piece with no coil set.
Hot Bond – Thermoplastic tubing is bonded together longitudinally using a proprietary heat process, resulting in an integrated ribbon of tubing. Hot bonding saves time and money on installations by eliminating the need to route multiple lines. It provides a neat appearance, offers easy line traceability for troubleshooting, and saves space. Prototyping is easy, and both long and short runs are welcome.
Heat Form – Fabricated shapes can eliminate problems such as kinking and often make installations easier. By using heat and special tooling in a controlled environment, custom shapes can be created such as elbows, twists, coils, and other various complex forms. All of these can be additionally incorporated together.
Hardness – This product can be custom extruded in a hardness, or durometer, that is harder or softer according to the unique needs of your application.
All custom products are subject to minimum order quantities and lead times. For other custom options, please contact us.

Add length suffix to part number when ordering. Example: 50 ft. of .030” I.D. x .065” O.D. tubing is part number 281 0304-50.
Working pressures are calculated from burst testing using a 4:1 safety factor. Application testing is recommended.
Due to the coil diameter, some larger sizes must ship via truck.
ID is the critical dimension for fittings application.
